Die Casting Capabilities
Del Mar Industries has a total
of 42 die casting machines producing
components in zinc,
ZA, aluminum
and magnesium alloys.
All machines
running zinc, ZA8 and magnesium
are hot chamber, while aluminum,
ZA-12 and ZA-27 are run in cold
chamber machines only. The tonnage
sizes range from our small, high-speed
50 ton machines to our 700 ton
cold chamber machines.

Our
component size capabilities
range from less than an ounce
to 10 lbs. Supplementing these
basic workhorses are robotic
extractors, automated ladling
(for cold chamber machines)
and closed loop shot monitoring
systems to insure exacting
repeatability from run to
run. |
