Del Mar Industries offers exceptional service in all three of the commonly used die casting alloys; zinc, aluminum and magnesium. With a combined 110,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, our 42 hot and cold chamber casting machines utilize the most modern casting technologies available today, such as fully-robotic extractors, automated ladlers, closed loop shot monitoring and centralized die lube.

The quality of our castings is not found in our equipment alone, it’s also crafted by our dedicated workforce of operators and technicians. Very few of our competitors can boast of a less than 1% per year employee turnover rate with an average seniority of 13 years employment with Del Mar Industries.
