1930 was also the
year that Los Angeles Die Casting opened
its doors at 340 Crocker Street in downtown
Los Angeles. We were a job shop that
made custom aluminum and zinc die castings
for the local manufacturing trade. We
quickly picked up several local and
out of state customers in the automotive,
electrical, plumbing, lighting, and
food and beverage industries. As time
went on we were lucky enough to add
customers in the defense, aviation,
home appliance, hardware, entertainment,
and recreation vehicle supplies business.
We stayed in downtown Los Angeles until
2002 when we moved to our new facility
in the City of Commerce. |
